Personnel Doors

Doors have 16 gauge galvanized frames and 20 gauge galvanized leaves. Both are primed and painted with a standard white enamel. Leaves have an embossed texture. Half-glass, side-view, and full leaf configurations are available. Sizes 3070, 4070, and 6070 double doors are furnished with full installation hardware and are available with a fire rating.

Windows

Standard windows are insulated, horizontal slide, mill finish in 3030, 4030, and 6030. Non-insulated glass and bronze finish are available as options. Slim-line insulated windows, 2060 and 2070, are offered in bronze finish with tinted glass.

Skylights

Skylights are constructed of high strength, ultraviolet stabilized, 100% acrylic. Skylights have an “R” panel profile, provide a UL90 wind uplift rating, and weigh 8 ounces per square foot.

Louvers

Louvers are available with either fixed or adjustable 20 gauge galvanized blades mounted in 18 gauge frames.  Sizes 36X36 inch and 48X48 inch are standard.

Ventilators

Ridge vents are gravity-type, continuous, and furnished in 10 foot lengths. Round vents are 20 inches in diameter with interior baffles.

Curbs

Curbs for HVAC, hatches, and other roof accessories are compatible with roof panels and sealed against water penetration.

Insulation

Standard thermal insulation is blanket-type fiberglass with a vapor barrier. Rigid board insulation is also available. Thermal breaks between purlins and standing seam roof panels are constructed of high-density polystyrene blocks, 1x3x24 inches.
